FAQ

What does Standard Engraving mean?
Standard Engraving is the engraving of a simple text or monogram on an item.
We do not charge per letter or word.
We are happy to accommodate additional design requirements. Please feel free to contact us on info@studioluxe.co.uk

Can I supply my own artwork?
You are welcome to send in your own artwork, and we will evaluate on a case by case basis if we can accommodate your requirements.
Supplied artwork should be of good quality, further charges will apply if poor images are supplied.

Do you engrave in Hebrew?
Yes we do! And not just Hebrew – we personalise the product with the text you specify, and the language is not an obstacle. You will be sent confirmations to check spelling and layout before I ‘go to print’ so that we don’t end up with Double Dutch!

What is the turnaround time on items ordered?
Turnaround times vary on the item ordered, but are usually complete by the end of the next working day.
I will always quote you a delivery time before we start a project.
Rush orders can be accommodated if there is capacity. Please don’t hesitate to enquire if necessary.

How will you wrap my gift?

Please do tell us if you have specific requirements. Some of our items are wrapped in cellophane, others in wrapping paper – we wrap everything with care and attention, making sure your gift is protected.

There is  charge for arrangements starting from £5 for small arrangements and £7 for larger ones on a box.

Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards, except American Express. We charge a 10% transaction fee on charges below £20.

What do you charge for shipping?
We charge shipping according to the actual shipping costs, and shipper used. We will always confirm this with you before we proceed.
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 in NW11 and NW4, parts of Hampstead, Cricklewood, St Johnswood and more. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I return or refund my order?
You can obtain a refund for your order if your order has not been engraved or personalised in any way. Once work has commenced or completed, it cannot be refunded.
