Orders are currently placed via email, WhatsApp, or in person, allowing time to refine details such as fonts, design, and personalisation before anything is made.

Turnaround times vary depending on the item, but most orders are completed within 1–2 working days.
A delivery timeframe is always confirmed before we begin.
Rush orders can often be accommodated where possible — please feel free to ask.
For Shabbos orders, I recommend ordering by Wednesday at midday to avoid disappointment.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a message with collection details and opening times.
If you need to collect outside of these hours, please contact me first so I can confirm availability.

I take great pride in beautifully wrapping each order.
Some items are presented in cellophane, others in luxury wrapping paper — always finished with care and attention to detail to ensure your gift arrives beautifully and safely.
If you have any specific requirements, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.

Yes — I actively encourage this, especially for wedding and bar/bat mitzvah monograms, as it makes each piece even more personal.
Artwork should be supplied in high quality for best results. If any adjustments or conversions are needed for engraving or print, a small additional charge may apply.

You may request a refund if your order has not yet been engraved or personalised.
Once work has begun, or a piece has been completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned for credit.

Monday – Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
