Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each piece is created as a bespoke order, designed in close conversation with you to ensure it feels personal and considered.

Orders are currently placed via email, WhatsApp, or in person, allowing time to refine details such as fonts, design, and personalisation before anything is made.

The website is here to inspire — I’d love to create something meaningful with you when you’re ready.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the item, but most orders are completed within 1–2 working days.

A delivery timeframe is always confirmed before we begin.

Rush orders can often be accommodated where possible — please feel free to ask.

For Shabbos orders, I recommend ordering by Wednesday at midday to avoid disappointment.

  • When your order is ready, you’ll receive a message with collection details and opening times.

If you need to collect outside of these hours, please contact me first so I can confirm availability.

  • At present, I do not offer shipping. As many of my items are fragile, I’ve found postal services can be unreliable and I want to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, there are a few alternative options available:

    • Orders can often be sent with people travelling to areas such as Manchester or Gateshead—feel free to ask if this might be possible.

    • Local delivery is available in Golders Green, Hendon, and Hampstead for a small fee.

    • This fee may be waived for larger orders.

    • Delivery to nearby surrounding areas can also be arranged, though additional charges may apply depending on the distance.

Please get in touch before ordering to discuss the best option for you.

  • Every order is carefully wrapped and presented with attention to detail — because the experience of receiving a gift should feel as special as the gift itself.

  • Yes — I actively encourage this, especially for wedding and bar/bat mitzvah monograms, as it makes each piece even more personal.

Artwork should be supplied in high quality for best results. If any adjustments or conversions are needed for engraving or print, a small additional charge may apply.

  • You may request a refund if your order has not yet been engraved or personalised.

Once work has begun, or a piece has been completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned for credit.

  • My general opening hours are:

    Monday – Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
    Thursday: 10am – 5pm & 7:30pm – 9:30pm

If you’re planning to visit, a quick call is always best to make sure I’m in.
